  • Counselling

    These 50-minute sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform, providing a safe and confidential environment for you to discuss whatever is on your mind.

    I use an integrative approach, drawing from person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic awareness, all guided by compassion and tailored to your unique needs.

    Together, we will gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, and work towards a greater sense of clarity and connection.

  • Mindfulness

    I offer group mindfulness courses in both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

    These evidence-based programs are available online and in-person, designed to support mental and emotional well-being through guided practices, reflection, and group connection.

    The courses are delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, whether in community spaces or workplaces. Each session helps participants develop practical tools for managing stress, increasing self-awareness, and responding to life with greater clarity and compassion.

  • Yoga

    I teach mindful Hatha yoga in group classes, both in-person and online, offering a gentle and accessible practice that supports connection to the body, breath, and inner awareness.

    Each class combines a blend of seated, standing, and lying-down movements, along with breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation. My approach is slow-paced and thoughtful, creating space for you to really listen to your body and honour your own experience in each moment.

    Classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of adaptations and options offered throughout, making the practice inclusive and welcoming for a wide range of needs, whether you're new to yoga or returning with more experience.

  • Retreats

    Retreats Coming Soon...

    Angela offers weekend and week-long retreats in the UK and Spain, designed to provide a spacious, nourishing pause from everyday life. These retreats offer a chance to rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and spend intentional time in nature, away from the constant pull of media and routine.

    Each retreat includes periods of silence, mindful movement, guided meditation, and wholesome, nourishing food, creating a truly organic, fluid experience that invites you to meet yourself just as you are.

About Angela. 

Hi, I’m Angela, an integrative counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am also a yoga and mindfulness teacher with over a decade of experience in teaching. My work is deeply relational, compassionate, and focused on building connection. My goal is to create a space where people feel not just safe, but truly understood and supported.

With more than 20 years of practice under my belt, I’m a senior accredited yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. My classes focus on mindful and inclusive movement, ensuring everyone feels comfortable and valued. I’m trained to offer mindfulness-based programs, such as MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), through the Mindfulness Network.

I believe that having practical tools to understand your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations can be incredibly empowering and can support your well-being in a holistic and accessible way.

I strive to create an inclusive environment where all identities, including those of LGBTQ+ individuals and individuals with neurodiverse experiences, are respected and celebrated.
