Overwhelm, stress, burnout, and anxiety have become growing concerns in our modern lives, with mental health now one of the leading causes of ill health in the UK.

Counselling and therapeutic conversation can offer a vital space to feel heard, understood and supported, allowing insight and emotional growth to unfold.

Mindfulness provides practical tools and a lifelong resource for building stress resilience, emotional regulation, and self-awareness, and Yoga supports the cultivation of ease, presence, and connection within the body, helping restore balance and a sense of groundedness.

Through these approaches, Mindful Wellbeing offers supportive pathways to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience and move towards greater clarity, steadiness and wellbeing.

  • Counselling.

    These 50-minute sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform, providing a safe and confidential environment for you to discuss whatever is on your mind.

    I use an integrative approach, drawing from person-centred therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and psychodynamic awareness, all guided by compassion and tailored to your unique needs.

    Together, we will gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, build emotional resilience, and work towards a greater sense of clarity and connection.

  • Mindfulness.

    I offer group mindfulness courses in both Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

    These evidence-based programs are available online and in-person, designed to support mental and emotional well-being through guided practices, reflection, and group connection.

    The courses are delivered in a supportive and inclusive environment, whether in community spaces or workplaces. Each session helps participants develop practical tools for managing stress, increasing self-awareness, and responding to life with greater clarity and compassion.

  • Yoga.

    I teach mindful Hatha yoga in group classes, both in-person and online, offering a gentle and accessible practice that supports connection to the body, breath, and inner awareness.

    Each class combines a blend of seated, standing, and lying-down movements, along with breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation. My approach is slow-paced and thoughtful, creating space for you to really listen to your body and honour your own experience in each moment.

    Classes are suitable for all levels, with plenty of adaptations and options offered throughout, making the practice inclusive and welcoming for a wide range of needs, whether you're new to yoga or returning with more experience.

  • Retreats.

    Angela offers weekend and week-long retreats in the UK and Spain, designed to provide a spacious, nourishing pause from everyday life. These retreats offer a chance to rest deeply, reconnect with yourself, and spend intentional time in nature, away from the constant pull of media and routine.

    Each retreat includes periods of silence, mindful movement, guided meditation, and wholesome, nourishing food, creating a truly organic, fluid experience that invites you to meet yourself just as you are.
