I offer online counselling, mindfulness and therapeutic yoga. I create a supportive space for reflection, awareness and meaningful change. My intention is to provide a compassionate, steady environment where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace, reconnect with yourself, and develop greater clarity and resilience in everyday life.

A Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat: 19–24 July 2026
Discover a space where slowing down feels as natural as the Mediterranean breeze.

Nestled in the peaceful Suniai Oliva retreat centre on Spain’s eastern coast, The Quiet Reset is a 5-night, gentle mindfulness and yoga retreat designed to help you step away from pressure, rest deeply, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

New Class — Wednesdays 6–7 pm Mindful Yoga & Meditation (Online)

Join me for a gentle one-hour group session blending mindful yoga and meditation. These online classes offer a slower, more spacious pace, supporting awareness, ease and reconnection with yourself. Open to all, and especially suited to those who prefer a calm, mindful approach to practice.

    Counselling.

    Online counselling for adults (18+) offering a compassionate, reflective space to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. My integrative approach supports both short-term work and longer, deeper therapeutic exploration, always guided by care, curiosity and respect for your individual experience.

    Sessions take place online, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space while building greater self-understanding, resilience and meaningful change.

    Mindfulness.

    I offer both one-to-one mindfulness sessions and group courses, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). These evidence-based approaches are delivered online in a supportive and inclusive environment, combining guided practice, reflection and gentle exploration.

    Whether working individually or in a group, mindfulness can help you develop practical tools for relating to thoughts, emotions and everyday challenges with greater awareness, clarity and compassion.

    Yoga.

    I offer therapeutic yoga in both one-to-one sessions and gentle group classes online, creating a mindful, supportive space to reconnect with your body and breath. My approach is slow-paced, trauma-informed and guided by awareness rather than performance, with practices adapted to meet your individual needs.

    Sessions may include mindful movement, breathwork, relaxation and reflective pauses, supporting nervous system regulation, embodied awareness and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

    Retreats.

    My retreats in Spain offer a gentle opportunity to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with yourself in a slower, more spacious way. Set in peaceful surroundings, these retreats focus on rest, mindful awareness and simple, grounding practices that support reflection and nervous system restoration.

    Each retreat weaves together meditation, mindful movement, quiet time and unhurried space to simply be, creating a supportive environment where you can pause, reset and return to yourself without pressure or expectation.
