I offer integrative counselling, mindfulness teaching and therapeutic yoga to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and gentle wellbeing. I’m an integrative counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), as well as a yoga and mindfulness teacher with over twenty years of personal practice and more than a decade of teaching experience. My work is grounded in compassion, presence and deep respect for each individual, creating spaces where people feel safe, seen and genuinely supported.

My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-informed, bringing together counselling, mindfulness and embodied awareness in a way that feels accessible and human. Rather than following a single method, I work collaboratively, meeting you where you are and supporting a pace that honours your nervous system and lived experience.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I am a senior registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. My teaching is slow-paced and mindful, shaped by a belief that wellbeing grows through awareness, kindness and connection rather than pressure or performance.

As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I hold particular sensitivity to different ways of processing, sensing and being in the world. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where all identities are respected and welcomed, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those with neurodiverse experiences.

If you’re looking for a gentle, grounded and reflective way to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly welcome here.
