I’m an integrative counsellor and neurodiversity coach with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through life’s challenges. My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and a flexible, person-centred ethos.

My professional background includes a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice from Metanoia Institute, as well as specialist mindfulness training in MBCT, MBSR, and neurodiversity coaching. I’m a registered member of the BACP and continue to develop my private practice, working with clients both online and in person in Blackpool. I have a particular interest in supporting women exploring later-life ADHD and autism diagnoses, helping clients develop self-understanding, acceptance, and confidence in their unique identity.

I’m a neurodivergent woman and a parent of two teenage boys. My own lived experience of family life and neurodiversity shapes my practice and helps me offer a space of genuine understanding and acceptance. I know how important it is to feel seen and heard.

Outside of work, I’m happiest walking my dogs and soaking up the sunshine. I love new adventures, learning, and exploring. I cherish spending time alone when I can, finding immense joy, freedom and flow in solo travel. In addition to being a counsellor, I am an experienced yoga and mindfulness teacher and trainer. These passions and interests flow into how I support clients, encouraging connection to what brings you joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging.

Testimonial

Beautiful class with Angela. A softer class but with focus on each posture and the breath. The relaxation at the end using additional equipment was just what i needed this LUNCHTIME :)

Highly recommend if you need an hour just to escape

“Another excellent practice, a good mix of challenge and relaxation, with effective accommodations to off set my lack of flexibility. Thank you Angela”

“Excellent first session for a total beginner. Angela was able to make suitable accommodations for me to take part as I’ve got some health issues. Much more relaxing than I was expecting, can’t wait to go again.”

“I APPRECIATED ANGELA'S CALM, COMPASSIONATE APPROACH. SHE HELPED ME UNDERSTAND MYSELF BETTER AND GAVE ME THE SPACE TO WORK THROUGH DIFFICULT EMOTIONS AT MY OWN PACE..”
