Hello

I’m Angela,

I’m a BACP-registered integrative counsellor based in Lancashire, offering in‑person sessions from my Blackpool office and online counselling via Zoom for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and who want a calm, kind space to make sense of what they’re going through.

I support adults navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, grief, hormonal changes, relationship difficulties and times of transition. You might be managing outwardly but struggling inside, or simply feeling ready for a steadier relationship with yourself. Wherever you are, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

My therapeutic approach is calm, steady and deeply compassionate. It is informed by person‑centred therapy, CBT, mindful self‑compassion and somatic awareness. I offer a grounded space where you can explore your experiences with honesty and care. I work at a pace that honours your nervous system and the reality of your life.

As someone with lived experience of neurodivergence, I also offer a neurodiversity‑affirming space for ADHD and autistic adults, including those navigating later‑in‑life diagnosis. I welcome neurodivergent parents and offer LGBTQ+ affirming support across identities and relationships.

Before becoming a counsellor, I spent over a decade teaching mindfulness and yoga, supporting people in cultivating awareness, resilience and gentleness with themselves. For the past 10 years, I’ve also run a well‑established yoga studio in my local community, a space grounded in inclusivity, care and long‑term connection. These experiences shape how I work: relational, embodied and sensitive to both the mind and the body.

Alongside counselling, I also offer one‑to‑one mindfulness sessions, therapeutic yoga, and 8‑week MBSR and MBCT courses. Each offering shares the same intention: to create space for slowing down, reconnecting and meeting yourself with more kindness and awareness.

My aim is to create a space for you where you feel safe, seen and understood, somewhere you can bring your whole self without judgement. If you’re considering working with me, please book a free 30‑minute consultation to see if working together feels right.
