About Angela.

I’m an integrative counsellor and qualified member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), as well as a yoga and mindfulness teacher with over a decade of teaching experience and more than 20 years of personal practice. My work is grounded in compassion, presence and deep respect for the individual, creating spaces where people feel safe, seen and genuinely supported.

As a senior accredited teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, my slow-paced yoga classes focus on mindful, inclusive movement that honours the uniqueness of each body and nervous system. Alongside this, I offer evidence-based mindfulness programmes including MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), supporting people to develop practical tools for understanding their thoughts, emotions and physical sensations with greater clarity and kindness.

My approach is integrative, relational and trauma-informed, blending counselling, mindfulness and embodied awareness to support wellbeing in a holistic, accessible way. I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where all identities are respected and celebrated, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those with neurodiverse experiences.

If you're seeking a gentle, grounded and supportive way to reconnect with yourself, I would be honoured to walk alongside you on that journey.
