Counselling
What can counselling help with?
People come to counselling for many different reasons. You might be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in life, navigating change, or simply wanting a space to understand yourself more deeply. I offer integrative counselling that supports emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and nervous system regulation at a pace that feels right for you.
How do counselling sessions work?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and take place online via a secure video platform. Together we create a confidential, compassionate space where you can explore whatever feels important, without pressure or judgement.
What is your approach to counselling?
I work integratively, drawing from person-centred therapy, mindfulness, somatic awareness and psychodynamic understanding. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ inclusive.
How much does counselling cost?
Standard rate: £45 per session
Concession rate: £36 (limited availability)
What is your cancellation policy for counselling?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Late cancellations may be charged in full, as your session time is reserved especially for you.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share is treated with care and confidentiality, in line with BACP ethical guidelines.
Yoga & Mindfulness
What style of yoga do you teach?
I teach mindful, therapeutic Hatha yoga with a slow and accessible approach. Practices include gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation, supporting connection to body and nervous system.
Do I need experience to join?
No experience is needed. Sessions are inclusive and adaptable, and you are always encouraged to move at your own pace.
What mindfulness do you teach?
I offer evidence-based mindfulness approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-informed practices that can be integrated into everyday life.
Where do sessions take place?
Yoga and mindfulness are offered online and sometimes in person, depending on the current timetable. Please get in touch for up-to-date information.
How much do yoga and mindfulness sessions cost?
Group Yoga classes: £10 per session
Mindfulness courses and workshops vary depending on the programme; full details are provided at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy for yoga and mindfulness sessions?
If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another session where possible. Late cancellations are usually non-refundable.
Retreats
Do I need to be experienced in yoga or meditation to attend a retreat?
Not at all. Retreat practices are gentle and invitational, and you are always free to participate in a way that feels supportive for you.
What makes your retreats different?
Retreats are intentionally small and therapeutically held, offering a calm space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and learn practical mindfulness-based tools you can continue using long after the retreat.
What is included in the retreat price?
Accommodation, two nourishing plant-based meals per day, all teaching sessions, use of yoga equipment and supportive retreat resources are included. Flights, travel, and optional extras such as massage or bike hire are not included.
What is the retreat cancellation policy?
Retreat bookings have a separate cancellation policy due to venue commitments. Deposits are non-refundable, and full details are outlined on the individual retreat page. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
How do I know if a retreat is right for me?
You are welcome to book a free 30-minute video call to ask questions, meet me and get a feel for whether the retreat feels like a good fit for you.
If you have a question that isn’t covered here, please feel free to get in touch, you are warmly welcome to ask.
