Weekly Group Classes at Yoga Rise Blackpool
Join me for a 60-minute mindful yoga class designed to gently reconnect you with your body, breath, and present-moment awareness. Held weekly at Yoga Rise Blackpool in Blackpool, these sessions offer a calm and supportive space to slow down, tune in, and move with intention.
This class blends mindful movement with seated meditation to help you cultivate awareness without judgment. Through simple postures, breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll be supported in finding greater calm, clarity, and emotional balance.
Suitable for all levels – whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to your mat, you are warmly welcomed.
What to Expect
Each class includes:
A gentle blend of seated, standing, and lying-down movement
Breathwork to anchor and steady the mind and body
Guided meditation and relaxation to support rest and reflection
A slow-paced, mindful approach with space to honour your own rhythm and experience
I offer plenty of adaptations and options to support different bodies, abilities, needs, and energy levels, ensuring the practice feels accessible and nurturing.
This class is for anyone seeking a softer way to move and a quieter way to connect. Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, soften, and breathe.
