Mindful Yoga & Meditation
These mindful yoga and meditation sessions offer a gentle, therapeutic approach to movement and nervous system support. My teaching style is slow-paced, mindful and therapeutic, blending gentle Hatha yoga with meditation and breath awareness. I offer practices that are trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming and rooted in compassionate awareness, creating a supportive space where you can reconnect with your body and explore movement in a way that feels accessible and respectful of your nervous system.
Wednesday Online Group Class
This one-hour online session combines mindful movement, breath awareness and guided meditation, offering a slower, more spacious approach to practice. Held every Wednesday from 6–7pm on Zoom, the class is open to all and especially suited to those who prefer a softer pace and a reflective, grounded environment.

Individual sessions provide a personalised and collaborative space, integrating therapeutic yoga, mindfulness and gentle movement. Together we work at a pace that honours your energy levels, lived experience and intentions, focusing on awareness rather than performance.
