What to Expect

Each class includes:

  • A blend of seated, standing, and lying-down movement

  • Breathwork to anchor the mind and body

  • Meditation and guided relaxation to support rest and reflection

  • A slow-paced, mindful approach with time to tune in to your unique experience

Classes are suitable for all levels. Beginners are always welcome, and I offer plenty of adaptations to support different bodies, needs, and energy levels.

This class is for anyone seeking a gentler way to move and a quieter way to connect. Come as you are, and give yourself the space to slow down, soften, and breathe.
