What to Expect in Counselling
Sessions are relaxed, grounded and collaborative. I listen deeply and reflect honestly, supporting you to make sense of your experiences in a way that feels respectful and real. Humour, silence, emotion and uncertainty are all welcome here.
Who I Support
I support adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges, navigating life transitions, or seeking deeper emotional clarity and connection with themselves.
This can include:
Anxiety and depression
Low self-esteem
Stress and burnout
Grief and bereavement
Relationship or family difficulties
Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected
I offer neurodiversity-affirming counselling for ADHD and autistic adults, including those exploring or receiving a later-in-life diagnosis. As a neurodivergent counsellor, I bring both lived experience and professional understanding, offering space to explore identity, masking, burnout and self-compassion.
I also welcome neurodivergent parents and provide LGBTQ+ affirming support across all identities and relationships.
