Neurodivergent counsellor · Blackpool & online UK
A gentle space to be you.
I'm Angela, a neurodivergent woman and registered integrative counsellor. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, a later-life ADHD or autism diagnosis, or simply feel it's time for support, you're welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
No two people are the same.
I'm an integrative counsellor, drawing on person-centred and reflective practice, mindfulness and practical coaching strategies when they fit. Sessions are shaped around your needs, your pace and the way your brain works.
Sessions are relaxed and low-demand. Move around, sit on the floor, use a fidget toy, keep your camera off or take a break whenever you need to. Humour, sadness and everything in between are welcome.

About me
Hi, I'm Angela.
I'm an integrative counsellor and neurodiversity coach with over 20 years' experience supporting people through life's challenges. Alongside my private practice I also work in an NHS adult ADHD service.
I'm also a neurodivergent woman and a parent, and that lived experience shapes how I work. I know how important it is to feel seen and heard.
How it works
By phone or video, with no pressure or obligation, to see if we're a good fit.
Online or in person, usually weekly at a regular time that suits you.
We decide together what feels right for you, and review as we go.
Ready when you are.
Choosing a counsellor can feel overwhelming. A relaxed 15-minute chat is often the best place to start.
